Requirements
1-3 years experience in a sales/service environment
Job Description
- Providing technical support to users (Sellers and Buyers) regarding Business Profile information
- Confirming Business Profile details with companies
- Updating/Enhancing Business Profile with company information, tag lines, business hours, locations, and relevant keywords
- Capturing/Editing of Business Profiles and adding relevant keywords
- Correcting/Updating Business Profiles that have been reported
- Auditing of Business Profiles
- Assisting with quality management of Business Profiles.
- Researching of new sources of Business Profiles
- Assisting with the Best Quotes System to ensure that customer quotation requests are sent to relevant Companies and resolved on time.
